1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to seedance3 ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

seedance3 is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create video content from text, images, and other inputs. We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that generated videos will always meet your exact expectations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Generated Content and Safety

These rules apply to every generation method, including Text-to-Video, Image-to-Video, and other video generation features, as well as to your prompts, uploaded materials, and generated results. You may not request, create, upload, distribute, or otherwise use the Service to produce:

  • Any sexual exploitation, abuse, or sexualized content involving minors, whether real, synthetic, or AI-generated; or non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, or sexual violence.
  • Deceptive or harmful deepfakes, impersonations, or false endorsements of real people without their consent, or content intended to facilitate fraud, defamation, or manipulation.
  • Content that promotes or incites hatred, targeted harassment, or violence; credible threats, encouragement of real-world violence, terrorist propaganda, or graphic violence and gore.
  • Illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, obscene, or otherwise harmful content, or content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, likeness, or other legal rights.
  • Content or activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems or networks.

Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

To enforce these Terms and protect users and the platform, generation requests may be subject to automated risk detection and content review by our AI service providers. When we receive a report, detect unusual activity, or respond to a safety incident, we may conduct a necessary human review of relevant prompts, materials, or generated results, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We do not manually pre-review every request.

To report content, email support@seedance3.tv with, where available, the relevant page or task link, generation ID, reason for the report, and supporting details. Do not include unrelated sensitive personal information. We will assess reports and may block a request, stop a generation, restrict or remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, or take other appropriate action. Suspected illegal activity may be handled as required by law. You may request a review by emailing the same address with the generation ID and reasons for your request.

We may temporarily freeze affected features and credit use while investigating an account restriction. Credits settled for completed generations are not returned. For a policy-blocked generation that is cancelled before completion, frozen credits are released under our normal failed-generation rules. If an account is restored, eligible unused credits will be restored with their original expiration. If an account is terminated for a serious or repeated violation, free or promotional credits may be cancelled; refund eligibility for unused paid credits is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. An account restriction does not automatically create a right to a cash refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits, which may be obtained through purchase or subscription. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law; except as provided by that policy or law, fees are generally non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust our prices and billing methods as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seedance3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
