We want you to be satisfied with seedance3. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions, renewals, and credit package purchases. Except where required by law, refund requests must meet the conditions below and are subject to review.
1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- You have used no more than 20% of the subscription credits for the billing period.
- The value of used credits will be deducted from any approved refund.
- Payment processor fees, exchange fees, and taxes may be non-refundable.
2. Subscription Renewal Refunds
If your subscription renews automatically, we may review a refund request when:
- The charge was an automatic renewal.
- No credits were used during the renewed billing period.
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge.
- The subscription may be cancelled or downgraded immediately after refund processing.
3. Credit Package Refunds
One-time credit packages are intended for immediate use. We may review partial refunds in limited cases:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Packages with more than 50% of credits used are not eligible.
- Only the unused credit value may be refunded.
- Credits used for successfully completed generation tasks are non-refundable.
4. Failed Generations and Credit Returns
If a video generation fails because of a seedance3 system error, service outage, or provider processing failure, we generally return the affected credits rather than issue a cash refund. Dissatisfaction caused by prompt quality, subjective creative results, user input, or content policy limitations is generally not eligible for a cash refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Credits that have already been used or consumed.
- Subscriptions or credit packages outside the refund request window.
- Subscriptions or credit packages that exceed the usage limits in this policy.
- Payment processing fees, taxes, currency exchange fees, and third-party platform fees.
- Charges associated with accounts restricted for Terms violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@seedance3.tv and include:
- Your account email address.
- Order number or payment receipt.
- Purchase date and product type.
- The reason for your refund request.
We typically review requests within 3-5 business days. If approved, the time for funds to appear depends on your payment method, payment provider, and financial institution.
